NTC thermistor is a ceramic semiconductor thermal crystal sintered from various metal oxides such as manganese, cobalt, and nickel. It is highly sensitive to temperature changes, and its zero power resistance value decreases with increasing body temperature. The resistance value decreases exponentially with increasing temperature, with a temperature coefficient of up to (3-6%/℃). Small temperature changes can cause significant changes in resistance value. Based on the R-T resistance temperature curve of the thermistor, the precise resistance value at each temperature point can be calculated. In the circuit, the digital correspondence of temperature can be achieved through the resistance value, which is used for temperature measurement and control.
